Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile teacher to join our team. The primary focus of this position will be at the middle school level. However, depending on the successful candidate's credentials and experience, there is also the potential to teach upper elementary social studies and science. This flexibility allows us to best utilize the strengths of our teaching staff and provide a well-rounded education to our students.
Responsibilities:

Provide engaging and effective instruction in assigned subject areas (middle school, and potentially upper elementary social studies/science).

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum.

Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.

Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.

Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.

Participate actively in school-wide initiatives and activities.

Contribute to the collaborative culture of the school.

Be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed within a small school setting.
