Duties
The school social worker/guidance counselor provides a full range of social work services to students in grades Kindergarten through 8th.
Qualifications
Current Illinois Professional Educator License with proper endorsement.
Salary/Benefits
Per Collective Bargaining Agreement through 2025-2026. Currently in negotiations for next school year.

Board Paid TRS
Insurance TBD per negotiated contract. Board paid $750 a month for individual employee which covered 93% of insurance through the end of the contract.

Additional Notes
This is a new position that will be full time to best meet the needs of our students and school. We have previously utilized 1-2 days a week for Social Work. This position will lead our MTSS program and will work with behavior, attendance, social-emotional learning. This position will work with individual students, small groups, and provide classroom lessons.
