Salary/Benefits

1. Base salary for the 2025-2026 school year is $43,696 (plus TRS and health insurance benefits, as agreed upon by the Dixon Education Association and the Board of )
2. Fifteen (15) days per year sick leave.
3. Two (2) days personal leave per year.
