Duties

It is the responsibility of the Principal to provide effective instructional leadership and administration of the school and to be the driver of continuous improvement. The principal will provide direction to facilitate a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment for students and staff in a small school setting.

Qualifications

• PEL with Administrative Endorsement for Principal
• Minimum of five (5) years successful teaching experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Administrative experience preferred
• Special education experience preferred
• Curriculum Development and Implementation experience preferred
