Duties

The primary responsibility of the Jr./Sr. High School Principal is providing effective instructional leadership and administration of the Jr./Sr. High School. The principal will provide direction to facilitate a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment for students and staff. 

Qualifications

• PEL with Administrative Endorsement for Principal
• Minimum of five (5) years teaching experience, preferably at the jr./sr. high school level
• Administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Salary/Benefits

$90,000-$100,000
12-Month Contract
20 Vacation Days
