Lead and support a team of teachers, staff, and administrators to create an environment conducive to academic achievement and personal growth for all students.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
Promote a positive, safe, and academically challenging learning environment.
Oversee instructional programs, curriculum development, and staff development to improve student outcomes.
Uphold Ball-Chatham’s vision, mission, and values while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Hold a valid Illinois Professional Educator License, with applicable Assistant Principal endorsement(s)

Have previous successful experience in teaching and school administration
Maintain a Master's degree or higher
