Duties
Primary responsibilities include evaluations, parent and staff consultations and collaboration, completion of FBA/BIPs, implementation of individual and group services; make community agency and public or private institution contacts as needed. Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, development of IEP’s, Annual Reviews, and review data collection. Consult with building principal, teachers, and support staff regarding specific students and their needs.
Qualifications
Masters of Social Work degree from an accredited school of social work; Type 73 certification - School Social Worker and registration as either a Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in compliance with the Illinois Social Worker Registration Act; Current Illinois (PEL) Professional Educator License; candidates with experience in positive behavior intervention strategies are preferred.

Salary Range: $56,481 - $62,598 annually. Pro-rated contract for remainder of 2024-2025 school year; with the potential for a permanent position for the 2025-2026 school year. Regionally competitive salary, salary range credits years of experience.
