Duties
Candidates must be positive team member willing to work with the ROE #3 Youth Education Services team to provide a quality education to at-risk youth. Candidates will assist students in acquiring the necessary academic and personal skills to successfully return to their home district and/or interact with the world at large. This position will include but is not limited to, establishing regular meetings with students, conducting student groups, and working with individual students on improving their social
and relational skills. This position could include some teaching in regard to character education, trauma-informed practices, and life skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree minimum; master’s degree preferred

ROE #3 Youth Education Services is dedicated to providing quality education to at-risk youth in Bond, Christian, Effingham, Fayette, and Montgomery Counties. TriStar Academy Safe School currently serves youth in grades 6-8 in the Effingham County area has been unsuccessful in the regular public junior high school setting. Qualified candidates must be willing to work with students, families, and community members to create a pathway of success for students.
