Duties
Duties: Williamsville-Sherman CUSD #15 is looking for a dynamic candidate for the position of elementary teacher at the Kindergarten level for Sherman Elementary. Successful candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate should be able to recognize the unique needs of elementary students, possess highly effective teaching techniques, utilize instructional methods that foster an engaging learning environment, and can assess students as individuals through differentiation of instruction. Candidates need to have the ability to use various technologies as instructional tools and be a collaborative educator. Experience teaching guided reading and differentiated small group instruction is preferred. The candidate needs to understand best practices with social and emotional learning.
Qualifications
Qualifications: Candidates must have a registered professional educator license with IL State Board of Education along with an endorsement in elementary education grades.
