Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Proper license
3. Available for employment in January 2025

Salary/Benefits

1. Base salary for teachers for the 2024-25 school year is $38,696 (plus TRS and health insurance benefits, as agreed upon by the Dixon Education Association and the Board of Education.)
2. Fifteen (15) days per year sick leave.
3. Two (2) days personal leave per year.
