Duties
Start Date: As soon as possible
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments to assist the team in developing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans. Assist in the implementation of Behavioral Intervention Plans. Collect and summarize behavior data to assess and monitor student progress. Provide modeling and feedback to educational staff in the implementation of evidence-based behavioral and instructional practices. Provide professional development training to educational staff on evidence-based behavior management strategies and other topics as needed. Provide support for districts seeking assistance with the behavioral needs of students. Actively participate on various educational teams to support proactive and responsive behavioral interventions to support students with challenging behaviors.
Qualifications
BCBA Certification with PEL preferred
Salary/Benefits
Per the BHASED Collective bargaining agreement salary is based upon education and work experience. 180 day contract calendar. Partial board paid health insurance, paid sick and personal leave.
