Qualifications
Type 75 General Administrative Certificate with Executive Director of Special Education Endorsement.
Type 10 Special Education certificate and at least 5 years of teaching experience in at least 1 area of special education.
Salary/Benefits
The salary and benefits associated with the position will be commensurate with experience and professional training and regionally competitive. Benefits for the Executive Director position will include vacation days, sick days, paid TRS retirement, family health, vision, and dental plans. The board will consider a multi-year contract.
Additional Notes
Henry-Stark is a district comprised of 8-member school districts, with a total student population of around 7,000 and a special education population of around 1,100. The district has 200 plus employees throughout all member districts, operates a K-12 Behavioral program, and has 45 classroom programs. These programs range from cross-categorical to Life Skill programs.
