Duties
This position supports the Office of the Principal. Essential functions include but are not limited to: compiling data from a variety of sources; budget reconciliation; coordinating a variety of projects, functions and/or program components; maintaining a wide variety of manual and electronic document files and records; preparing and processing a variety of documents; procuring supplies and materials; researching topics; responding to variety of inquiries from internal and external parties; scheduling of activities; supporting assigned personnel by providing assistance with their job functions and responsibilities. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, flexibility and a high level of confidentiality.
