The Basic Function of this position:
1. Fulfill the secretarial duties of each building
2. Perform all duties assigned by the administration
3. Demonstrate professional commitment and trust

1. Attendance Recording
2. Financial Accounting
3. Secretarial Services
4. Recordkeeping/Grades
5. Office Management
6. Scheduling Services
7. Student Registration
8. Athletics (MS/HS)
9. Miscellaneous
10. Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Secretarial Background
2. Personality characteristics compatible with the functions and responsiblities of the position
3. Must be able to do basic physical and visual activities
4. Pass a Criminal background check
Salary/Benefits
Reports to: Building Principal
Salary: Per Collective Bargaining Agreement
