Duties
Des Plaines District 62 is seeking a Special Education Teacher in the STEP program at Terrace Elementary School for the 24-25 school year.
The Structured Teaching Education Program (STEP) provides educational and related services to students identified with autism spectrum disorders who need social, communication, and behavioral skill development.
Qualifications
1. Completion of a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university. 2.Current valid Illinois Professional Educator License with LBS1 endorsement. 3. ELL/ESL Endorsement is preferred. 4. Experience as an elementary school teacher is preferred.
