Duties
To provide each special education student with an educational program that will enable the student to reach his/her fullest physical, emotional, psychological, and behavioral potential. Responsible for case management, IEPs and related documentation, working in collaboration with regular education teachers and other special education and related services staff; familiarity with computerized special education document systems. This position is primarily a Kg. - 4th Grade Cross-Cat. Special Education Teaching Position.
Qualifications
A valid teaching certificate as established by the State. Appropriate certification and endorsements as required by School Code. Canidates must possess an LSB(I)professional educator license(Pre-K through Age 21).
