Announcement of Superintendent Vacancy
The Skokie School District 68 Board of Education announces the commencement of a search for a new Superintendent of Schools who will assume responsibilities on July 1, 2024. This is an outstanding professional opportunity for a qualified and
experienced administrator to provide leadership to a diverse/multicultural suburban school district located 15 miles north of Chicago.
Skokie School District 68 serves students from preschool through eighth grade. District 68 encompasses a student population of 1,800 at three elementary schools and one junior high school. The district is committed to developing children who
are confident and creative learners. District 68 provides a rigorous curriculum and a supportive school environment that promotes high achievement, encourages personal growth, and meets the unique needs of each child.

Application Procedure

- College/University transcripts
- Three to four letters of recommendation
- Evidence of eligibility to be a Superintendent in Illinois
