The Department Secretary of CTE & Campus Store Support works from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (10-month work calendar with summers off).

This position provides secretarial support for the CTE Department Chair, as well as department & building staff by performing duties as assigned. This position supports the Business Office by staffing the Campus Store during student lunch periods and during other times of the year during special events. Candidate must be computer literate and possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google computer applications. Candidate must be organized, able to prioritize work, and work well in cooperation with others.


Requirements for this position include:

  • High school diploma. College degree is preferred
  • Secretarial experience in a business or school environment preferred
  • Previous grant experience preferred
  • Experience in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point and Publisher
  • Ability to formulate charts/tables in Excel


Minimum $17.00/hour
