Duties
Tri-Valley High School is looking for a high energy, hard working, and student centered computer science teacher. Successful candidates should have knowledge and understanding in best practices in computer science and STEM for middle and high school grade levels. Candidates who are interested in coaching, activity sponsorships, or other school community roles are preferred. Coaching and sponsorships are available throughout the school district.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with appropriate 6-12 Computer Science endorsement license or other Computers/Business license with capability to acquire a provisional Computer Science endorsement. Endorsements in additional content areas are of value as well.

Tri-Valley’s campus is located in Downs, Illinois (only 8 minutes from Bloomington/Normal). Each building in the Tri-Valley district has been honored with the National Blue Ribbon Schools award. Tri-Valley has an expectation of success and innovation both in and outside the classroom for all students and programs. The high school completed a full renovation and expansion project in 2021 with all new classrooms, furniture, and technology.
