Duties
Pawnee High School is seeking basketball coaching applicants for the 2024-2025 high school season. The high school boys JV basketball coach is responsible for assisting the head coach with all aspects of the basketball program. The coach must demonstrate strong leadership qualities and knowledge in player development, sportsmanship, integrity, and character development.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills. They must demonstrate exceptional knowledge of the skills and strategies of the sport of basketball as it pertains to interscholastic athletics in Illinois. Candidates must be able to assist in running summer camps. Candidates must be ASEP certified and pass a background check with the Illinois State Police.
Salary/Benefits
The coaching stipend is based on years of experience.
