Duties
Responsible for Human Resource functions for ECHO Joint Agreement, including personnel, insurance, Unemployment and Worker’s Compensation issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related field ? Ability to operate a computer and related software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint ? Knowledgeable of state and federal labor laws including, but not limited to, FMLA, COBRA, ACA, FLSA, OSHA, EEOC ? Knowledgeable in Worker’s Compensation and Unemployment ? Experience in Human Resource or related field
