Duties
Provide social work service to students; complete social developmental studies and other comprehensive evaluations for students needing evaluations; complete functional behavior analysis and behavior intervention plans for students with behavioral difficulties; participate in IEP and 504 meetings as a member of the evaluation and provider team; maintain records and progress monitoring of goals and objectives; maintain medicaid logs
Qualifications
Illinois State Board of Education licensure as a School Social Worker
Salary/Benefits
Salary & Benefits can be negotiated with the school board based on education and years of experience

VIT is a small rural pre-k through 12 district with roughly 350 students.
