Duties

• Provide counseling services through group lessons and individual sessions.
• Collaborate with parents and faculty in support of student wellbeing and growth.
• Fulfill IEP requirements of individual students and support the IEP team 
• Teach 2nd Step Curriculum at the ES level
• Work with truant students and families 

Qualifications

Must have current IL certification as a school counselor and or school social worker 

Salary/Benefits

Per negotiated contract.  $1,000 signing bonus at the end of years 1,2 and 3.  $2,000 signing bonus at the end of year 5. 14 sick leave and 3 personal leave days.
