Duties
Swann School is a nonpublic private day school serving students with special needs that is located in Champaign, IL. A full-time special education teaching position is available at the school working in a classroom with students who have profound multiple disabilities. The teacher will be responsible for management of the classroom (currently 3 students) and the students' IEP's as well as some basic direct care services.
Qualifications
Applicants must have an Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Special Education Endorsement.
Salary/Benefits
Starting Salary for BS with no experience is $52,000 per year. Benefits available are medical, dental, vision, insurance, social security matching, 401K with employer match, paid time off (PTO), etc.
