Qualifications

Qualifications:

1. Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) 2. A minimum of one (1) year experience with managing case management and/or care plan programs 3. A minimum of one (1) year experience supervising direct services staff 4. Experience working with trauma focused initiatives and/or resilient community models 5. Experience working with initiatives focusing on African American families and children in crisis 6. Strong oral and written communication skills 7. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Champaign County as necessary 8. Willingness and ability to work unusual evening and weekend hours outside a traditional school setting 9. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable

Salary/Benefits

The entry level base salary for this position is expected to be approximately $50,000, plus highly competitive benefits, including 100% Board-paid IMRF contributions and employee-only health, dental, vision, and term life insurance.  Additional compensation above the base listed is offered for those with previous successful, relevant experience.  A copy of the DSP Salaries & Fringe Benefits document is attached.  Questions about salaries or fringe benefits should be directed to the Human Resources Office.

Performance will be evaluated annually by the Director of the LIFT Program in accordance with the District’s procedures for evaluation of District Support Personnel (DSP)
