Duties
The successful candidate will provide leadership for students and staff for day to day activities for a PreK-8th grade school building with approximately 300 students and 50 faculty and staff members. Daily duties will include the following: student supervision, including before and after school, event supervision, student discipline, parent communication, academic planning, community involvement activities, building and grounds oversight. The ideal candidate will facilitate a school-wide culture of excellence and high student achievement, assist with teacher/staff evaluations, teacher coaching, professional development and provide a strong background in Professional Practices.
Qualifications
Professional Education Licensure (PEL) with a General Administrative Endorsement for Grades K-12, Building Principal experience preferred.
Salary/Benefits
$86,000-$98,000 depending on experience/credentials

This is a ten month position.
