Duties

Basic Job Duties:   

• Conduct evaluations of students’ motor skills
• Develop present levels of performance and Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals in conjunction with the IEP team
• Provide therapy services to students
• Consult with and assist school staff regarding building/program needs and classroom accommodations
• Determine students’ adaptive equipment needs
• Maintain written records that document therapy sessions
• Provide supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants

Qualifications

Qualifications:  IL license for Physical Therapy issued by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation

Salary/Benefits

Salary:  Based upon education, experience, and Collective Bargaining Agreement

Starting Date:  January 2022
