Duties
Description: Board Certified Behavior Analyst to serve students, parents, and staff in a public school setting.
Job Summary: Creation and implementation of group services, parent/staff consultation and collaboration, assistance with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and crisis management. Training as a trainer in Safety Care crisis de-escalation, restorative practices, and physical restraint techniques will be provided. Training of other staff in crisis management is expected. Responsible for implementation of ABA programming and use of VB-MAPP / ABLL-S protocols.
Qualifications: Valid BCBA certification with Illinois License (PEL) preferred.
