Duties
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Assisting students in resolving personal, emotional, social and academic problems
- Implement developmentally appropriate and prevention-oriented group activities to meet student needs and school goals
- Provide leadership and collaborate with other educators in the school-wide integration of guidance
- Adhere to laws, policies, procedures, and ethical standards of the school counseling profession
- Assist in monitoring student academic performance, behavior, and attendance and facilitates appropriate interventions
- Works with technology director on uploading information into the Student Information System.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Candidates should hold appropriate credentials from an accredited university, and an Illinois Certificate with the Appropriate Guidance Counseling Endorsement
Salary/Benefits
