Duties
Responsible for the day to day operation of the food program to include:
- Serving meals to students in grades 6-12
- Ordering food and commodities (when necessary)
- Supervision of the kitchen
- Maintaining all records associated with the food service program
- Participates in any food related services as assigned by the Director
Assist students with instructional and non-instructional tasks.
Qualifications
Must have or be eligible for a valid food handler’s certificate. Experience preferred in a school meal preparation setting.
High School graduate; Must have 60 hours of college work or evidence that the candidate has passed the State Paraprofessional Exam, and has been issued the NCLB and State License.
