Duties
Responsibilities: The individual selected for this coordinator position will be supporting Multi-tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) processes in all schools by assisting teams with data collection, planning, implementing, and monitoring interventions. The coordinator will provide instructional coaching and professional learning for special education teachers and interventionists to ensure high quality intervention and progress monitoring that meet the targeted needs of students. The coordinator will also collaborate with classroom teachers, school-based instructional teams, school leaders, and external professional development providers to design and execute the District 90 MTSS vision and implementation plan. The coordinator will also support the referral and eligibility process, serving as LEA, for private/parochial partnerships served under proportionate share.
Salary/Benefits
BA, Step 1, $50,009 to MA+60, Step 25, 118,928. (Additional compensation may be available for stipend opportunities.) TRS Pension and sick leave. If selected, other benefits include medical, dental and life insurance, HSA, Roth, 403b and 457 investment options, flex spending, etc.
