Assists in all facets of school operations, school improvement, staff evaluation, curriculum delivery, student assessment programs, and monitoring of school budgets/expenditures. This position also assumes responsibility for functions of the assistant principal in his/her absence. This position leads staff development initiatives on equity of instruction principles, administers the student personnel program and counsels students relative to educational and co-curricular activities. Supervise all certified and non-certified staff within the Jr/Sr High School


Master’s Degree and Type 75 or General Administrative Certificate. Administrative experience and completion of Illinois State Evaluation Modules. Other proper certifications in accordance with the Illinois School Code are required.
