Duties
The Superintendent is the Chief Executive Officer of the school district and makes recommendations to the School Board regarding finance, personnel, policy, facilities, and curriculum.
Qualifications
Must possess, or be eligible for, licensure as a school Superintendent in Illinois and have a personality that inspires trust, has high levels of self-confidence and optimism, and models high standards of integrity.
Salary/Benefits
To be determined by the Board of Education, which will be based on experience and education.

The superintendent is expected to be the chief executive officer and provide professional and educational leadership to the school district.
