and job seeker accounts. The Illinois Education Job banksm allows users
to create individual profiles, which may include personal information, and to make
these profiles, employment applications, or aspects thereof, public to employers
subscribing to and/or posting vacancies on the Job banksm.
Each document and other material published on this server may contain other proprietary
notices or describe products, services, processes or technologies owned by the Illinois
Association of School Administrators or third parties. Nothing contained herein
shall be construed as granting to the user a license under any copyright, trademark,
patent or other intellectual property right, except for the right to use license

User Content and Submissions
You are solely responsible for your Job banksm account information, employer
account information or job postings. You agree that in submitting User Content or
otherwise using the Job banksm website, that you will not impersonate
any person, or submit materials to the Job banksm, that are false, misleading,
inaccurate, unlawful, or are otherwise in violation of your obligations under these
Terms. No party may enter data that is knowingly inaccurate, incomplete or false.
The Illinois Education Job banksm does not represent or guarantee the
truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of User Content or any other communications
posted by Users.
This site makes no guarantees as to the level of success a user may achieve by using
the service. We make no guarantee that your posting will be accessible for the entire
term of its listing. Computer outages, software failure and other technical and
non-technical issues may cause temporary outages that we cannot be held liable for.
No party may upload any items that are deemed offensive by Illinois Association
of School Administrators (IASA) for the Job banksm. This includes creating
hyperlinks to materials deemed to be offensive by IASA or the Job banksm.
Additionally no items may be uploaded that are designed to damage the systems (e.g.,
Viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, etc.) or designed to crack the system
or extract protected data.

usage by any party that the Illinois Association of School Administrators deems

by an individual seeking employment and career information and employers seeking
