Serve as the teacher and case manager for special education students in a wide variety of settings including both the general education and resource environments. Collaborate with teachers of general education to ensure accommodations are appropriately implemented for individual students. Participate as an active member of the IEP team. Progress monitor students and maintain accurate records on progress towards goals.


Professional Educators License with LBS1 endorsement. Additional endorsements preferred.


As per collective bargaining agreement. Excellent compensation package, with starting salary of $42,336 for 2019-20 school year. Salary will include a $1,600 increase for the 2020-21 school year. Excellent benefits package includes insurance plan with Blue Cross/Blue Shield and reimbursement for graduate coursework. Previous experience and graduate work strongly considered when hiring experienced candidates.
