Duties
Responsible for planning, developing, delivering engaging lessons with all of the responsibilities of the position and other duties as assigned. Creates a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of
students. Makes provisions to be available to students and parents as needed for education-related purposes. Plans a program of study that motivates students and, as much as possible, meets the needs, interests, and abilities of the students.
Qualifications
Professional Educator License that is valid in the State of Illinois, LBSI Endorsement, Pass background check.
Salary/Benefits
SALARY/BENEFITS: Appropriate placement on the district certified salary schedule. Benefits include board paid retirement and full individual health insurance. Any additions of coverage for spouse and/or children the board will pay 55% of the difference for the additional coverage. Employee paid group dental & vision. 15 sick days & 2 personal days for full-time teacher
