Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of teaching special education at the junior high level. This includes IEP writing, assessments, and co-teaching.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold the required Illinois Professional Educator Licensure to teach Special Education in the State of Illinois.
Salary/Benefits
The Collective Bargaining Agreement covers compensation and benefits. Life, health, dental, and vision insurance are all offered. The District pays 90% of the premium for single health coverage. The full-time teacher minimum salary in Illinois for the 2025-2026 school year is $42,411.
