About the Role:
As an SEL Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education by collaborating with multiple school districts to implement Social Emotional Learning (SEL) programs. You will work closely with school administrators, teachers, and staff to create tailored SEL initiatives that meet the unique needs of each district. Your efforts will ensure the integration of SEL principles into everyday school practices, enhancing the well-being and success of both students and educators.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with School Districts: Recruit schools, assess SEL needs, develop customized plans, and coordinate the implementation of SEL programs.
- Implementation of SEL Programs: Provide guidance, support, and resources to school teams, and monitor progress to achieve goals.
- Professional Development: Design and deliver engaging training sessions, and participate in Hub meetings.
- Data Analysis and Evaluation: Maintain and analyze data to inform program development.
- Community Engagement: Foster partnerships and promote SEL awareness within the community.
- Professional Growth: Attend workshops and trainings to continually develop your SEL expertise.
Salary/Benefits
Salary range is $52,500-$75,000 depending on qualifications and experience

Working Conditions:
- High level of social interaction, working with many teams.
- Communication via face-to-face, by phone, virtually, and email on a daily basis.
- Build relationships with ROE staff and within school teams.
- Work effectively and efficiently in an open office environment.
- Remote work opportunities may be possible for specific tasks with approval from Supervisor.
- Fast-paced and high-stress workload at times.
- Flexible work hours with Supervisor approval.
- Travel may be required for meetings, professional development, and job responsibilities.
- This is a full-time position with standard working hours; however, occasionally there are requirements for evening or weekend work to accommodate a training or community event.
