Duties
Duties of this job include but are not limited to:
A. Teach three sections of math and two sections of another subject (science or social studies)
B. Develop lesson plans and instructional materials and provide individualized and small group instruction in order to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each student
C. Create an effective learning environment for support of the education of the whole child
D. Participate in ongoing professional development activities, committees, and supervision
E. Contribute to the team planning, collaboration and facilitation for the grade level with colleagues and administration
F. Other duties as assigned by the supervising administrator
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in related subject or middle school endorsement in Math from an accredited university and Illinois teaching certificate
