Duties
1. Maintain buildings and grounds appointed by building principal or Head Maintenance Director
2. Perform all duties assigned by the administration
3. Perform general cleaning
4. Request custodial supplies
5. Check and secure the building at the beginning and end of shift for the purpose of ensuring the safety of the building
6. Make repairs as needed
7. Keep maintenance tools in good working condition and readily available.
8. Set up and break down chairs, tables and equipment when needed
9 Snow removal as needed
10. Perform grounds keeping duties, mowing grass and tree trimming, removing debris and keep grounds clean
11. Painting
12. Receive deliveries and assist with unloading trucks and storage supplies
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Criminal background checks are required
Must be able to complete physical and visual activities
