We are seeking a School Nurse/Office Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing health services to students and staff members, as well as managing administrative tasks in the school office. This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate should be able to work Monday to Friday, from 7:45 am to 3:00 pm.


  • Provide first aid treatment and emergency care to students and staff members as needed
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate health records for students and staff members
  • Communicate with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers regarding student health concerns
  • Develop and implement health education programs for students and staff members
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for students and staff members
  • Manage administrative tasks in the school office, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing paperwork
  • Assist with student registration, enrollment, and withdrawal processes
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and generate reports as needed
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the school principal.



  • Minimum of two years of experience working as a school nurse or secretary
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and requirements
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
