Duties
The principal is the instructional leader of the school. He/She will provide feedback on best instructional practices, evaluate data, and promote a positive school environment. He/she will be in charge of high school staff evaluations. The principal will also handle student discipline matters. The principal will also have a shared responsibility to supervise extra-curricular activities across the district.
Qualifications
Candidate must hold a valid Type 75 license and be certified to evaluate staff.
Salary/Benefits
Salary and benefits will be regionally competitive with experience taken into consideration.

Annawan High School is currently recognized as an exemplary high school in Illinois. The high school houses 100 students with the district averaging around 350 students.
