Duties
Full-time secretary at PJHS Office. This position will be open for the 2025-26 school year with the possibility of training occurring during the spring semester of 2024-25.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED and previous secretarial experience preferred. Must
possess good written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate with all
levels of staff, parents and students with a positive demeanor. Must have the ability to
multitask. Basic math and computer skills as well as general office skills are needed.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Platform preferred.
