  • The primary responsibility is creating a welcoming, service-oriented environment at the front desk for all clients.
  • Assisting individuals through the Substitute, Short Term Substitute, and Paraprofessional licensure process.
  • Scheduling and coordinating materials for Initial and Refresher Bus Driver Training.
  • Electronically maintaining and retrieving High School Equivalency diplomas and transcripts. 
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Excel, Skyward, Organization, Analyzing, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Supply Management, Verbal Communication
  • Associate Degree preferred
