Duties

Include but not limited to

  • Academic development and monitoring of academic progress of students throughout the school year 
  • Monitoring of student progress towards graduation requirements
  • Master schedule creation and building student schedules
  • Student personal and social development
  • College/Career search development
  • National Honors Society Advisor
  • Collaboration in administering all state testing

Qualifications

Must hold a Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Support Personnel Endorsement in the area of School Counselor.  Experience is preferred but not required.  A candidate with a School Social Work Endorsement is also preferred but not required.

Salary/Benefits

Salary is based upon the negotiated teacher contract as well as experience and level of education.
