The Principal shall use leadership, supervisory, and administrative skills to promote the educational development of each student.  In addition, the Principal will use goal setting and research-based actions to improve the academic performance of students, along with all other key school success indicators. 

Major Responsibilities:

  1. PreK-2nd Grade Curriculum
  2. Staff Supervision and Evaluation
  3. Discipline
  4. Community and Public Relations
  5. Pre-K Grant Activities
  6. Student Services/Welfare
  7. Special Education Program Involvement
  8. Scheduling of Facilities
  9. Course and Student Scheduling


  1. Administrative Experience - 2 years of school administrative experience minimum
  2. Teaching Experience - 3 years of teaching experience minimum
  3. Master's Degree or higher
  4. Valid Administrative Certificate
