Duties
Serves as assistant and secretary to building principal. Performs and maintains daily, monthly, annual and historical reports associated with building and student data utilizing the district's computer software program.
Qualifications
Graduation from high school or equivalent. Two years experience as clerk, secretary, or office manager. Associate's Degree or Vocational Training preferred. Must pass minimum skills test in the operations of computers and other basic clerical skills.
Salary/Benefits
The pay rate is currently $10.50 per hour and will increase to $11.00 per hour January 1, 2021. The pay rates will be determined by IDOL minimum wage laws and/or non-certified union contract.
Additional Notes
Interviews may take place as applications are received until the position is filled. Position is a 10.25 month position with off time during summer months.
