Qualifications
Applicants must be skilled in working with student accommodations, classroom and behavior management, developing lesson plans for diverse needs, and individualizing instruction based upon students' unique communication and cognitive needs. Effective communication and strong collaboration skills with other professionals (such as curriculum coach and the special education teacher) are essential to this position. AJHS is looking for dynamic and dedicated leaders who have the passion and patience our students deserve. We seek candidates who will engage our students through technology using 21st Century skills and have the ability to implement the ELA curriculum (Wit & Wisdom) with fidelity.
