  • Establish and implement a system of internal and external communication regarding student discipline; conduct discipline meetings when needed; maintain student discipline records
  • Provide staff development on research-based behavior intervention strategies
  • Serves on PBIS and Building Leadership teams
  • Evaluate certified and non-certified staff as assigned by the principal
  • Assist with the recruitment, screening, and interviewing of potential certified and non-certified candidates
  • Uphold the vision, mission and core values of the district
  • Assist the principal in tasks related to school management
  • Assist the principal in creation of the master school calendar
  • Assist in the supervision of co-curricular and extracurricular activities
  • Act as an instructional leader for both students, staff, and parents
  • Support classroom teachers with work initiated by instructional coaches
  • Utilize data to guide instructional planning
  • Manage long-term projects/initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned by the principals


  • Works collaboratively with parents and faculty
  • Effectively communicates both orally and in written formats
  • Knowledge of current best instructional practices
  • Background and experience in research based behavior and instructional interventions
  • Certified teacher evaluator

 License: Valid Illinois Professional Educator License
