  • Acting as CSBO for the District which includes management and oversight of district budget and levy process.
  • Management of federal grants.
  • Overseeing the human resources department.
  • Assisting with contract management for personnel.
  • Partnering with universities to recruit and develop licensed personnel.
  • Serving as the District's Officer in a myriad of required policy areas.


  • Candidates must possess a Masters Degree, CSBO (Chief School Business Official) Licensure, and Superintendent Licensure/Certificate. 
  • Advanced study or Doctorate Degree is preferred. 
  • Have a minimum of five (5) years' experience as an administrator which includes supervision and improvement of Licensed Staff.


Per contractual agreement between employee & the Board of Education.
